Sometimes the store person finds what I want or need sometimes they don’t. Maybe if they ask what motorcycle I’m shopping for beforehand that would help.
Also Why did you also stop taking credit card orders for items not in stock? I don’t want to go there to give my credit card in person for something that isn’t there and then go back. I might as well shop online at another store. How about just ordering the item without having to take my credit card? How about having the item in stock?"
